About the Teacher

Hi, my name is Renee Redwine. I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education at LSUS.  This is my 15th year teaching.  I have taught at Riverside all fifteen years.  I have wanted to be a teacher since the fifth grade.  I have taught 4th grade Math for thirteen years and third grade self-contained for two years.  I teach approximately 75 students and I love getting to know each of them.  I feel I was chosen to be a teacher and I am so lucky to get to work with your child everyday.  I hope to teach them to be positive life long learners and to never give up on their dreams.

I have been married to my husband, Ronny, for 14 years and have two sons. My oldest, Kalob, is 20 and my youngest, Landon, is 12.  My family and I enjoy watching football, traveling, playing board games, swimming, watching movies, and playing outside.  I love to read in my spare time!!!
